Karnataka SSLC Result 2026 Declared; 94.10% Pass Rate, 3 Perfect Scorers

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has declared the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Result 2026 on April 23, 2026, at 12 noon. Students who appeared for the Class 10 board exams conducted between March 18 and April 2, 2026, can now access their results online.

To check and download the Karnataka SSLC marks card, candidates must visit the official portals and log in using their registration number and date of birth.

This year's SSLC examination witnessed exceptional performance across the state. The overall pass percentage reached 94.10%, reflecting strong academic achievement among Class 10 students.

A total of 9,02,889 students registered for the SSLC exams, comprising 8,12,855 fresh candidates, 62,845 repeaters, and 27,189 private candidates.

Out of 7,70,209 students who appeared for the examination, 7,24,794 successfully passed, demonstrating consistent improvement in board performance.

Three exceptional students secured perfect scores of 625 out of 625 marks: Roopa Patil, Jahnavi, and Utsav, earning the rank of toppers.

The grading system awards marks out of 625, with subject-wise distribution including First Language (125 marks), Second Language (100 marks), Third Language (100 marks), Mathematics (100 marks), Science (100 marks), and Social Science (100 marks).

2. Click on the link for “SSLC Result 2026”
3. Enter your registration number and date of birth
4. Click on the submit button
5. Your Karnataka SSLC marks card will appear on the screen
6. Download and save it for future reference.

If the main portal is slow, students can use these official alternative methods to get the marks card. 

1. How to Check Results via SMS

This is the fastest method if students have a poor internet connection or the website is not loading.

• Step 1: Open the SMS app on the mobile phone.
• Step 2: Type the message in this format:

  KAR10 <Roll Number>

  (Example: KAR10 20261234567)

• Step 3: Send the message to 56263.
• Step 4: Student will receive his/her subject-wise marks and qualifying status as a reply.

2. How to Check Results via DigiLocker

The digital marks card available on DigiLocker is legally valid for admissions.

• Step 1: Visit digilocker.gov.in or open the DigiLocker app.
• Step 2: Log in using the registered mobile number or Aadhaar. (If a new user, student will need to sign up).
• Step 3: Go to the “Education” category.
• Step 4: Search for and select “Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board” (KSEAB).
• Step 5: Click on “SSLC Examination Result 2026.”
• Step 6: Enter the Registration Number and Year of Passing (2026).
• Step 7: The digital marksheet will be fetched. Student can then download and save the PDF.

Student can also download the KarnatakaOne app from the Google Play Store:

1. Register using the mobile number.
2. Navigate to Education Services > KSEAB.

Select SSLC Result 2026 and enter the credentials to view the scorecard.

Previous Year Trends and Key Update

In the previous years, 2025 and 2024, the KSEAB SSLC results were announced on May 9. However, in 2026, the results have been declared earlier on April 23, 2026.

Additionally, starting from the current academic session, KSEAB has implemented a change wherein marks are awarded instead of grades for the Third Language in the SSLC examination.
