The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the schedule for the final round of Karnataka PGCET 2025 counselling for admissions to MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, and M.Arch programs. This round is meant for seats left vacant after earlier allotments, including unfilled, surrendered, and newly added seats.

Candidates who were not allotted a seat in previous rounds and wish to participate must pay a caution deposit and enter fresh options within the specified dates. KEA has clearly stated that previously entered options will not be considered, and the window will not be extended.

KEA has clarified that only candidates who were not allotted a seat in the earlier rounds will be eligible to participate in the final phase, and they must pay a caution deposit of ₹25,000 to enter fresh options.

Previously submitted preferences will not be considered, and candidates are required to submit new option entries within the prescribed window. Seat allotment will be carried out strictly on the basis of merit and option priority, and candidates allotted a seat in this round will be compulsorily required to accept the seat, with no option to decline.

The caution deposit will be adjusted towards fees upon seat allotment. However, candidates who cancel the seat, fail to report to the allotted institute, or do not take admission after allotment will forfeit the deposit and become ineligible to participate in future KEA counselling cycles.
