INI SS 2025 Counselling Schedule Withdrawn: Revised Dates to be Announced Soon

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has withdrawn the previously announced schedule for the INI SS (Institute of National Importance Super Specialty) Counselling 2025 for the January session. Official Notification Details

According to AIIMS Notice No. 168/2024 dated December 18, 2024, the INI SS January 2025 online seat allocation schedule has been retracted due to unavoidable circumstances. Aspirants are advised to regularly check the AIIMS website for updates, as all important Notices/Corrigendum/Addendum/Updates will be published there.

The counselling process is integral to ensuring merit-based admission to premier medical institutions under AIIMS and other participating organizations. It involves three rounds of seat allocation. If vacancies remain after these rounds, an open or spot selection round will be conducted based on merit and seat availability.

Tentative Timeline for Revised Schedule

The revised counselling schedule is expected to be released soon. Candidates should stay updated by visiting the AIIMS official website frequently.

Seat Confirmation Fee

After seat allotment, candidates must deposit a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 3,00,000 along with self-attested photocopies of the required documents at the allotted institute for verification.  Candidates cannot refuse an allocated seat. Non-acceptance will result in forfeiture of the seat and ineligibility for subsequent rounds.

Document Verification and Eligibility

Candidates are required to verify their documents for eligibility and identity. If there is any mismatch between the submitted documents and the application form, the candidature will be cancelled, and the seat will be released for subsequent rounds. However, candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria may participate in the spot selection round, if conducted.

Documents Required for Admission

Candidates must submit the following documents during the counselling and admission process:

• Offer letter
• Institute allocation letter
• Final registration slip
• Admit card issued by AIIMS
• 10th passing/birth certificate for date of birth proof
• MBBS degree and all years’ mark sheets
• MD/MS degree/provisional pass certificate
• Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)
• Medical Council Registration

Note: Candidates are urged to prepare their documents in advance and follow official updates to ensure smooth participation in the INI SS counselling process.
