IIM Visakhapatnam Extends EPGDPM 2026 Registration Deadline to February 13; Check New Schedule Here

Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) has extended the application deadline for EPGDPM Admission 2026 till February 13, 2026, giving defence-sector professionals extra time to apply. The institute has also rescheduled the online written test to February 21 and the personal interview to February 28, 2026.

The one-year executive management programme is designed for officers and executives working in defence production organisations. Eligible candidates must complete the online form and participate in all stages of the selection process within the revised timeline.

Who Can Apply For The Programme?

The EPGDPM (Executive Post-Graduate Diploma Programme in Management) is specially meant for professionals from the defence production ecosystem.

Eligibility includes:

• Full-time employees of DDP (MoD), DPSUs, or private defence enterprises
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
• Minimum five years of full-time officer/executive experience
• 15 years of service remaining (only for Government/PSU applicants)

Private-sector applicants are exempt from the service tenure condition.

How Does The Selection Process Work?

The selection is conducted fully online in multiple stages:

1. Shortlisting based on eligibility
2. Online proctored aptitude test (75 minutes)
   • VARC, DILR, QA
   • 60 questions, no negative marking
3. Online personal interview
4. Statement of Purpose (max 250 words)

The final merit list will consider test scores, interview performance, and SoP evaluation. Weightages will be decided by the admissions committee.
