The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow students from PGP and PGP-ABM have achieved 100 percent summer placement by securing a total of 576 offers.

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has once again set a benchmark in the world of management education with its Summer Placement for the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and PGP in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) batches. This year the students had secured 576 offers. 

As per IIM Lucknow, the average and medium stipend was INR 1.31 lakh per month and INR 1.30 lakh per month respectively. This year, the highest domestic stipend reached INR 3.50 lakh per month and the international stipend is INR 4 lakh per month.

The average stipends for the top 10%, top 25%, and top 50% of students were Rs. 2.25 lakh/month, Rs. 2.08 lakh/month, and Rs. 1.77 lakh/month, respectively. Students were placed in various domains such as consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales and marketing, operations and retail, and E-Commerce with top recruiters from across the globe.

New recruiters for the current year encompass Antique, Country Delight, Cranmore Partners, Cummins, Damensch, Dolat Capital, EstateX, EY IB, Gyansys, Haleon, HCCB, Hero Moto Corp, ICRA, IHX, Kaabil Finance, Liquide, MAQ Software, Miebach Consulting, MakeMyTrip, Naturals, Neev Fund, North Bridge Capital, NPCI, Ola, Pine Labs, Policy Bazaar, Practo, Responce, Samagra, Sciera, Splash, StockGro, Tencent, Virusha, Visa, Walmart, Whatfix, and Yum Brands, among others were onboarded onto the campus drive and some of them also offered international roles.

Apart from these, big farms and consultancy also participated in the drive which includes Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, Amazon, Arthur D. Little, Atlassian, Avendus Capital, Bain & Company, Bernstein, Boston Consulting Group, Citi Group, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY, Goldman Sachs, Google, HUL, ITC, J.P. Morgan Chase, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, PwC and Tata Administrative Services, recruited candidates for diverse job profiles.
