The Indian Institute of Management Kashipur (IIM Kashipur) has released its audited final placement report for the 2023–25 batch of the MBA and MBA (Analytics) programs, showcasing a strong and successful placement season with participation from leading recruiters across multiple sectors.

As per the report, the highest package offered stood at INR 33.12 LPA, while the average package was INR 14.95 LPA, and the median package reached INR 14.46 LPA, reflecting consistent outcomes across the batch. The institute also recorded an impressive Top 25% average package of INR 20.92 LPA, highlighting premium opportunities for top performers. More than 190 companies took part in the final placement process, offering students a wide range of roles across diverse industry domains.
