DBU Begins UG/PG Admission For Session 2026; Apply Now @deshbhagatuniversity.in

Desh Bhagat University (DBU), Mandi Gobindgarh, has officially opened the admission process for UG and PG programmes for the 2026 academic session. The university is inviting applications across agriculture, engineering, management, design, education, medical, and allied disciplines.

Admissions are expected to be conducted in the January–February 2026 window, based on previous years’ timelines. Eligible candidates can apply through the university’s official admission portal as per programme-specific eligibility criteria.

DBU has opened admissions for several UG courses, including B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons), B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, BDS, BAMS, B.Sc. Hotel Management, Fashion Technology, Fine Arts, Education, and Engineering diploma programmes. Most UG courses require candidates to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board, with programme-specific subject and percentage requirements.

For postgraduate aspirants, DBU is offering M.Sc, M.Com, MBA, M.Tech, M.Ed, MD Ayurveda, MDS, MFA, and specialised education programmes. Eligibility generally includes a relevant bachelor’s degree with minimum qualifying marks. Medical and dental PG courses require NEET PG or AI PGET qualification, as applicable.

However, eligibility varies by programme and faculty. Professional medical courses like BDS, BAMS, MD Ayurveda, and MDS require NEET qualification. Other programmes are offered based on academic merit, with relaxation in marks and age for reserved categories as per government norms. Candidates are advised to carefully check course-wise eligibility before applying.

Candidates must apply through the official DBU admission portal. Applicants should complete the registration process, fill in academic details, upload required documents, and submit the application form before the tentative deadline.

After applications close, DBU is expected to release programme-wise merit lists or selection updates. Shortlisted candidates may be called for document verification, counselling, or entrance-based selection, depending on the course. Applicants should keep their academic certificates, ID proof, and entrance exam scorecards ready for the next stage.
