Haryana Board Revises Curriculum for Classes 9-12; Check Revised HSEB Syllabus here

New Delhi: Haryana School Education Board (HBSE) has introduced changes in the curriculum for Class 9-12 for the academic session 2024-25. Haryana board chairman VP Yadav said the changes have been to provide quality education to the students.

You will be able to download the new curriculum for Classes 9, 10, 11 and 12 through the official website, bseh.org.in. The changes have been made in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) under the guidance of over 100 subject experts. 

According to the official statement, “Key resources have also been appointed to make the teaching-learning process more easy, simple, logical and effective and to make the format of question papers efficiency-based”.

According to HBSE Chairman VP Yadav, “In the new curriculum, special emphasis has been laid on the fact that teachers should prepare lesson plans and teach in the class by following the curriculum according to the intellectual capacity of the students so that the students develop.” 

He added that a model question paper and phased evaluation plan will be prepared in accordance with the changes made in the curriculum. Once finalised, it will be uploaded on the official website.

You can follow the below-mentioned steps to download the HBSE Revised Curriculum once it is uploaded on the official website:

• Visit the official website, bseh.org.in
• On the homepage, scroll down and click on ‘Academic session 2024-25 curriculum’ link
• In the next tab, select the respective class and then ‘syllabus’ link
• Click on the respective subject
• The curriculum pdf will be displayed on the screen.
