GSEB HSC Class 12th Science Result 2023 Released @gseb.org; Check Steps to Download Here

New Delhi: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Board (GSEB) has released the GSEB HSC class 12th Results 2023 for the science subject today, May 2, on its official website @gseb.org. Candidates who have appeared for the GSEB HSC 12th Exam 2023 can visit the GSEB website to check and download the results by using their Gujarat board 12th seat numbers.

Earlier, the GSEB board Class 12th science exams were held in March, 2023 and the GSEB board has already released the GSEB 12th HSC science answer keys for mathematics, chemistry, physical science, and life science papers. Candidates were able to raise objections against the GSEB HSC 12th answer key by April 15, 2023. Hence, the GSEB 12th results were announced considering the objections raised against the answer key.

As per the GSEB Class 12 science evaluation guidelines, a student must receive a minimum grade of "D" in each subject to be deemed qualified. The students who fail in one or more subjects in the Gujarat Board 12th result 2023 can apply for the GSEB supplementary tests, whose dates are yet to be announced. The option to request a revaluation or rechecking of the Gujarat board HSC result 2023 is available to those students who are dissatisfied with the GSEB 12th science results 2023.

GSEB 12th Science Result 2023: How to Check? 

Candidates can go through the following steps to check and download the GSEB 12th Science results.

Step 1: Visit the official website of GSEB @gseb.org.

Step 2: Go to the homepage and click on the result tab available.

Step 3: It will redirect you to a new window, where you should key enter your credentials such as registration number/ roll number.

Step 4: GSEB Class 12th Science Result 2023 will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Check, download, and take a printout of the same for your future reference.

Earlier, the overall passing percentage for the Science stream in the 2022 GSEB board exams was 72.02 percent, which was a bit higher than the 71.34 percent recorded in 2019–20 and the 71.90 percent in 2018–19.

According to the statistics, the higher percentage of multiple choice questions (MCQs) and the increasing number of options in the general section were thought to be the causes for improvement in the pass percentage. Meanwhile, as many as 68,681 regular students who applied for the GSEB Class 12th science exams last year have passed the test.
