The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has released the Class 12 (HSC) result for 2026 on May 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The results for all streams including Science, General, Vocational, Sanskrit, and Madhyama have been announced simultaneously. Students who appeared for the examination can now check their results on the official website gseb.org. The board officials announced the results in a press meet at 10:00 AM, and the result link was activated on the official portal immediately thereafter. Students can download their marksheets by entering their seat number on the result portal.

The GSEB HSC examination was conducted from March 3 to April 1, 2026 across Gujarat. More than 14 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 examination across all streams. The board has released comprehensive result statistics including overall pass percentage and toppers list for each stream. Students can access their individual results through the official website gseb.org and alternative portals. The result announcement marks the completion of the evaluation process for the 2026 academic year.

To check the GSEB 12th result 2026, students need to visit the official website gseb.org. On the homepage, students should look for the HSC result link and click on it. Students must enter their seat number in the designated field. After entering the seat number, the result will be displayed on the screen showing marks obtained in each subject. Students can download and print their marksheet for future reference and college admission purposes. The process is simple and can be completed within minutes from any device with internet access.

Students can also access their results through alternative platforms if they face any issues with the main website. The GCAS (Gujarat Centralized Admission System) portal provides another way to access results. Students can use their seat number to retrieve their marksheets from the official result portal. Multiple access options ensure that all students can retrieve their results without difficulty. The board has ensured that the result portal remains accessible throughout the day to accommodate all students.

To pass the GSEB Class 12 examination, students must secure a minimum of 33 percent marks in each subject. Additionally, students need to achieve an overall aggregate of 33 percent marks to clear the examination. This passing criterion applies uniformly across all streams and subjects. Students who fail to meet these requirements in one or two subjects can apply for supplementary examinations. Those not satisfied with their results can apply for re-evaluation and rechecking of marks through the official process.

Students who are not satisfied with their results have the option to apply for re-evaluation and rechecking of marks. The re-evaluation process allows the Board to review the answer sheets and verify the marks awarded. Students can submit their re-evaluation requests within the specified timeframe after result declaration. The Board charges a nominal fee for the re-evaluation service. Results of re-evaluation will be communicated to students within a reasonable timeframe after the process is completed.
