ICSE Class 10 passing marks criteria are prescribed by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE). CISCE revised the passing marks for the ICSE Class 10 examination 2025. As per the revised ICSE Class 10 Passing Marks criteria 2025, students must score at least 35 marks in each subject and a minimum of 33% aggregate marks to pass the ICSE Class 10 board examination 2025. Earlier, the aggregate passing mark for ICSE class 10 was 35%.

CISCE releases ICSE Class 10 passing marks for theory and practical papers on the official website. Candidates who score equal to or higher than the ICSE Board Class 10 passing marks will be considered Passed. However, those who fail to meet the minimum required marks in the ICSE Board Class 10th examination will be considered as Failed. Students will be assigned grades from 1 to 9 with 1 being the highest and 9 being the lowest based on the scores obtained by the candidates in ICSE Class 10 examination.
