The admission is provisional; final admission will be granted following the review of documents such as the Offline Registration Form, a copy of the proposed title signed by the candidate, a Caste Certificate, and so on.

DU PhD Admission Dates

The University of Delhi has announced a provisional list of candidates for its PhD in Arabic and Psychology program. Candidates with their names on the list are requested to submit the necessary documentation by January 17, 2025. Final admission will be granted after the documents submitted are reviewed and the candidates' eligibility is proven to be genuine.

DU PhD in Arabic and Psychology Program Admission Documents Required

Candidates must show the original copy of the below-listed documents for verification at the time of admission procedure.

  • Offline Registration Form
  • A copy of the proposed title duly signed by the candidate
  • Caste Certificate (If applicable)
  • No objection certificate
  • Identity proof
  • Academic certificate
  • Passport size photograph

DU PhD in Arabic and Psychology Program Eligibility Criteria

Candidates will be given admission only if they will be able to prove their eligibility as per the criteria mentioned below:

  • Qualifying degree: A Master's degree or its equivalent in a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum marks: A minimum of 55% in your qualifying degree is required.
  • Entrance exam: You have to pass the university's written entrance exam.
  • Interview: If you are selected for an interview based on your performance on the entrance exam, you will need to show up.
  • Research proposal: A study proposal is required both during registration and prior to the interview.

Candidates who are finally accepted will receive a class commencement schedule via email at the registered email address when the materials submitted are reviewed. Candidates who are unable to submit an original copy of any of the above-mentioned documents will forfeit their admission chances.
