Chanakya National Law University PhD Interview Result Out

Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, has officially released the results of the PhD and D.Phil interview process for the academic session 2024-25. The results were announced on December 20, 2024, following the evaluation of UGC-NET scores and interview performances conducted on October 3 and 4, 2024.

Selected candidates are required to complete the admission process on January 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Registrar’s Office, CNLU-Patna. The admission fee for Ph.D. candidates is ₹63,000, while for D.Phil. candidates, it is ₹53,000. Candidates must bring their filled-in admission forms, original certificates, and the requisite demand draft payable to the Registrar, Chanakya National Law University, Patna.

CNLU PhD Admission 2025: Mandatory Documents

Migration Certificate.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer (if employed).
Letter of Recommendation from a Professor.
Character Certificate from the last attended institution.
Two recent passport-size photographs.
Filled in the Admission Form with all required documents.
Demand Draft for Fees

Employed candidates must submit an NOC confirming leave for at least six months to one year for Ph.D. coursework. Failure to provide the NOC will result in cancellation of admission without further consideration.

Affidavit Requirement

All candidates must submit an affidavit (sworn before a 1st Class Executive Magistrate/Notary Public) declaring:

Name, address (temporary and permanent), and educational qualifications.
Confirmation that they are not pursuing any other Ph.D., D.Phil., LL.D., diploma, UG, or PG program.
Assurance of compliance with UGC and CNLU academic and research rules.
Information on any pending disciplinary actions or expulsions (if applicable).

Candidates are advised to strictly adhere to the guidelines and bring all necessary documents for the smooth completion of the admission process.
