GIET Odisha Begins GIETEE Registration 2026; Apply Now!

Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology University, Gunupur, Odisha, has begun GIETEE 2026 registration for undergraduate and postgraduate admissions.

Students can apply for a variety of UG and PG courses through the official GIETEE online portal.giet.eu.in.

GIET University Entrance Examination is an exclusive entrance exam conducted by Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology University (GIET University) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs, such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, and B.Sc Agriculture. The exam is used to select candidates based on their performance, and it is one of the main admission criteria for these programs at GIET University.

GIET University-level entrance exams registration fee is INR 1000 for applicants, payable by online methods.

To be eligible for the GIET Odisha Entrance Exam, candidates must have passed or be appearing in class 12 (or equivalent) with science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology, and have a minimum aggregate percentage of 60 for UG Programs.

For PG Courses, a Minimum of 55% marks / 5.5 (on a 10-point scale) in graduation. Candidates who have a valid GATE score are eligible to apply for PG Courses. For MBA, a minimum score of 50% and for SC/ST/OBC, a minimum of 45% is required.

The application window is from November 2025 to January 2026, and the entrance exam itself is expected in June 2026. Both online and offline application modes are available.

To start the application process, candidates should visit the official GIETEE registration portal at giet.edu.in.

The first step is to register by providing basic details. After registration, applicants must fill in academic information, personal details, their preferred programs, and exam centre choices. The next step involves uploading a recent passport-size photograph and other necessary documents as specified.

Once the form is complete, applicants pay the application fee online using a credit card, debit card, or internet banking. For those preferring offline submission, the PDF form can be downloaded or collected from the campus, filled out, and sent to GIET University’s admission office along with a demand draft for the application fee and required documents before the deadline.
