CEPT University offers various Merit and Means-based scholarships. PhD applicants can also apply for the President's Scholarship, which provides INR 40,000 per month for one year.

CEPT University has released the proposed fees for students admitted in 2025-26. The annual fees for M.Arch and M.Tech are INR 5,35,000 and INR 4,68,000 respectively. Final approved fees will be communicated with the admission offer letter.
