What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
I strongly believe in institutional systems more than personal preferences. My style of leadership is to first listen fully and patiently, understand and analyse, and then arrive at a well-informed decision that is all-inclusive and for the greater benefit of the institution. The systems can be discussed and deliberated but once they are in place, all we need to do is follow them in letter and spirit.

It gives me immense pleasure and happiness when a child or young person overcomes a challenge and achieves something they never thought possible. It gives me immense satisfaction and motivates me to do more and contribute to nation-building.
What are the challenges faced by quality education?
One of the main challenges facing the education system in India is unequal access to education. Despite the country's rapid economic growth and increasing prosperity, many rural and underprivileged communities still lack access to quality education. We need to have more education in rural areas and enforce skills-based learning. Teachers must also be trained and colleges must have appropriate infrastructure.
