You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

I have been privileged to hold key positions in various institutions throughout my professional career. I have always loved education and what it can do. It is incredibly fulfilling, to be able to mold young minds as well as be a part of their growth and development. Being in this field allows me to keep learning and adjusting myself so that I remain aligned with the current trends, technologies and pedagogical approaches. My involvement in this sector enables me to contribute directly towards creating more knowledgeable and skilled citizens, which is necessary for any community or country’s advancement. One of the things that I enjoy about working in the educational field is its ability to provide countless opportunities for introducing new ideas aimed at enhancing the learning experience. This makes it interesting for me because it does not get monotonous and every day there is something new intellectually stimulating my mind. Being in a key position allows me to mentor educators as well as students.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

Pursue your passion because it will push you to overcome obstacles and achieve great things, as success isn’t only about money but also a sense of fulfilment. Build resilience by staying positive, learning from mistakes, and surviving tough times; your ability to recover will determine how strong you are.
