What is the latest program that you are offering in your institute/dept. which will help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd.
As far as the studies are concerned, it doesn’t require any latest program to help the student to outperform and stand apart. To make a student improve his/her caliber in my subject, I usually teach them from the very basic elements that impart insight into the subject. That insight draws the attention of the students and by it, the students will be propelled towards the subject and make him/her work hard consistently.
The interest and the hard work make every student enjoy the learning process. The act that is done with enjoyment indisputably converts even a tough task into an easy and simple job. When the students feel that learning my subject and performing well is a pleasant experience, ultimately, they relish the fruit of success with great pleasure by emerging as outstanding performers.
What are the factors that make this program the best for the students to opt for?
The major factor that substantially contributes to being the best program for students to opt for is the teaching of every lesson from the basics in an understandable manner. Examine every individual student whether he/she has understood the concept well and unambiguously. Insist every student to submit an assignment immediately after the completion of their respective topic.
Instructing the students to form a group and prepare for a seminar presentation on that particular topic and assigning any one student among that group to present the seminar by a random selection method. We also conduct tests regularly on each topic that is completed. Persuading the poorly performing student/s to reappear for an exam on the same topic. If one strictly follows the above-mentioned program, the final output of it establishes that our system is the best for the students to opt for.
What will you say the “best practices” in the course you’re offering?
Some of the best practices that we adopted in our course are identifying the learning capacity of each individual and assisting them according to their capability and plotting the appropriate ways and means to motivate the student to pay attention to the subject by encouraging him/her and nurturing confidence in them. This helps them to explore their potential and also to equip them exceptionally.
Imparting the basic knowledge of every chapter in a fascinating manner that inspires the student to become an attentive and aggressive learner. Keen monitoring of the academic performances of every individual student and guiding him/her to improve the areas that refrain them from achieving their goal. Continuously focusing on their studies and guiding them appropriately with words that boost his/her performances.

What are some valuable insights into the program that you are offering at your institute/dept.?
Nothing novel. The valuable insights are nothing but making them understand the value of their noble pharmacy education and its role in uplifting their lives. The conventional system of education which emphasizes individual concentration on students motivates them by making them realize the importance of gaining adequate knowledge which can do miracles in everyone’s life. With this modus operandi, the quality of the students escalates drastically and facilitates them to scale newer heights with unmatched efficiency and potential that was underlying in every scholar and proves that every student is equally good and proficient.
What valuable advice would you like to give the students so they to have a prosperous career ahead?
At this student's age, fix an attractive goal and meticulously plan and diversify the effort to achieve the goal. To make your dreams come true, you have to be focused always, never deviate from it for that may end up on a miserable platform. Your serious determination and commitment would unquestionably favor you to reach the summit at any cost. When your degree is synchronized with discipline, literally it radiates professionalism. Professionalism is the route cause of leadership that drives you to achieve all that you desire and deserve.
When you came to college, what was your vision and how are you trying to achieve the same?
My vision was inbuilt and the same has been traveling along with me since the day I started my career as a faculty member. The vision remains the same wherever I go for a job. My work location or the institution may vary from place to place but my responsibility, dedication, punctuality, commitment, and the thirst to do justification are constant forever. They don’t change from time to time or from place to place. My aim is, as long as I discharge my duty perfectly, I remain an ideal “TEACHER”. If I don’t do so, I turn into a “CHEATER”. Hence, my calling is to be a teacher forever. So as per my calling, I have achieved my vision already by equipping myself and discharging my duties flawlessly.
What made you decide to become a teacher?
I was born and brought up in a family where my parents and siblings were in the teaching profession. The ambiance I was raised in was very honest and sincere by nature. Both my parents served as headmasters and headmistresses in government schools and my brother served as a professor of pharmacology in a pharmacy college.
Their dedication and the reputation they earned out of their effort motivated me to impart knowledge to the upcoming generations. Society could be shaped genuinely when the younger generations are guided towards a constructive path. Our ambition was to create strong “PILLARS” of the society and not just “FILLERS” of the society.
