What are the key factors that keep you connected to the education industry?

The chance to learn is what keeps me engaged. Being in the education industry allows me to keep discovering new things and acquire valuable knowledge all the time. This has been an awesome experience that I wouldn’t have had anywhere else. Without working in education, I would not have learned as much or encountered so many new ideas in one go. Moreover, this profession helps me to meet people from different parts of the world and to see various places and cultures.

What is your philosophy of your leadership style and how would you describe your leadership style?

To me, management is just a matter of dedication and behavior. In my opinion, determination is essential; without it, you can hardly achieve something. One of my core beliefs is that meeting deadlines is important. It means that doing duties on time does not merely pertain to being on time alone but also focusing on other important activities. Missing deadlines leads to wasting time, which could have been used more effectively elsewhere. I also believe in the importance of taking calculated risks. Although innovative ideas may lead to significant milestones, these risks should be evaluated.

According to you, what makes the education industry the best industry to work in?

I think that working in the education sector is a great opportunity. It facilitates improvement and getting to know people, which serves a basic social purpose. This business provides a cozy and lively painting environment where people can engage in meaningful interactions and discover a variety of new places. Education offers a variety of career paths that enable individuals to choose occupations that complement their interests and passions. In my opinion, the educational sector stands out as a business with a wide range of prospects and a significant impact, making it an excellent choice for people looking to change the world.

How do you establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty of your college?

I keep in regular contact with my students and fellow faculty members at our college to establish positive and enduring relationships. I also promptly address and resolve any concerns they may have. Being an integral part of the college, how has your work impacted the overall growth of the organization?

As I can't seem to stop working, I would describe myself as a workaholic. I strive to instill that in my teammates. We can touch the sky once I have ten more hands that function as well as mine.

What do you think about your responsibility and roles towards the college and students?

My main responsibility is to help them develop their careers. To that end, I would like to train them for a variety of roles involving knowledge from the lab that will aid students in their education. To help them learn in part, we also offer them education tours and internships. For students, practical knowledge is crucial. because they will only need to perform practically in the future.

How can your college be more welcoming to students of different economic backgrounds?

We have several scholarship programs at this college that cover both weaker and better-performing students. We also have alumni tie-ups, which are very beneficial because some students cannot afford to study due to financial difficulties, medical conditions, or other reasons.

Any valuable advice that you would like to give to the students for a prosperous career ahead?

Always be specific and goal-oriented when teaching students. After that, they should make a plan and take deliberate steps toward their ideal career path, stream, or field while never straying from reality. They can accomplish their goals and have a bright future ahead of them if they are determined and have a positive mindset.
