Mr Nandigam Venkata Subbarao is the Principal of the Alluri Bapineedu and Pendyala Ranga Rao Degree and P.G College, Kovvur. He has been a part of this College since 1999 and has been part of its amazing academic journey. Having completed his UG and PG, he has worked as a lecturer, professor, N.C.C Officer, N.S.S programme Coordinator, etc at various academic institutes during his career. He has experience of over 5 decades in academics, research and administration. His contributions to the academic sector have brought him several accolades and recognitions.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“My ultimate aim is to do away with academic and economic imbalances”

Teaching with passion, maintaining discipline, and motivating students to work hard and get results is what motivates me. I help academically underachieving students succeed. For the wellness of the students, we treat them holistically keeping in mind that most of them come from weaker sections.

Our vision is to produce excellent skilled 'Human Resources' to meet the demands of an industry that is ever-changing. Students are also taught discipline and social responsibility, while they receive the best education. Furthermore, to create a conducive environment for teaching and learning by developing the necessary resources and infrastructure. In order to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle the challenges of globalization, we aim to motivate them to pursue higher learning.
