As a diligent scholar, she has excelled in studies from her childhood. She has completed her Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Masters in Digital Systems and Computer Electronics and PhD in Signal processing from the auspices JNTUH. She has more than 22 years of experience in the Academic, Research and Administrative sectors and during these years, she has served in an array of designations like Professor, Head of Department and Principal. She has attained 18 Patent Rights for her Technological Innovations and has published 150 research papers on an assortment of topics in reputed National and International Conferences and Journals like Springer, IEEE Transactions, Scopus Indexed and many more. She has published a book entitled Signal processing Simulation Using MATLAB and is also the Editor-in-Chief for International Journal of Research in Signal Processing, Computing and Communication-System Design with ISSN. Beside this, she is the Member of IEEE and CSI and Life Member of IETE and ISTE. She has delivered more than 60 keynote addresses and expert lectures in conferences and workshops sharing her expertise on various areas with the Academic fraternity. In addition to this, she has established IEEE, ISTE, IETE, CSI & HMA Student Professional Chapters and has convened more than 440 conferences and workshops for the benefit of students and staff on a variety of themes. She is the member of Editorial Boards and Advisory Committees for Conferences and Journals and has reviewed several journals in her field. Under her guidance 6 members have been awarded PhD and she is presently guiding 8 Research Scholars under JNTUH in the concerned field. "Our college is offering B. Tech, M. Tech and MBA courses to students". The college is offering a Four (4) - year B. Tech. Degree Program in multiple specializations like ECE, EEE, CSE, IT, CSE – Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security and Internet of Things, CS&IT and M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and Embedded Systems lastly the MBA course to our students.

While the programs we now offer hold immense career potential for our students, the hurdles we encountered at the outset cantered around creating cutting-edge laboratories and securing highly skilled faculty. What do you found Most difficult about being a Principal?
Principals are often expected to meet high expectations from various stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, management members, and the community. Balancing these expectations while striving for educational excellence and continuous improvement can be challenging. Maintaining regularity and discipline among students is also an admittedly challenging task. Managing a diverse group of teachers and staff members can involve addressing personnel issues, such as conflicts, performance concerns, professional development needs, and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Principals are responsible for creating and implementing policies, managing budgets, and overseeing the work of teachers and other staff. Handling these issues effectively and ensuring a harmonious team can be difficult.
