Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
Today’s youth are more knowledgeable, sharper, and have quick learning abilities. However, they are also impatient, stressed, and less emotionally stable. A possible reason could be the burden of high expectations from parents and society. I want to advise them to focus their energy on subjects they are interested in and identify their true potential while listening to their hearts. They should follow their own passions to remain happy in their careers.
What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for Invertis University specifically?
Invertis University does face a number of challenges. Notably, our major challenges are coping with new learning modules such as blended learning. We also face issues with guiding students and helping them concentrate in the era of information overload.
Attracting and retaining excellent faculty with experience is an issue that we are trying to address. The university team is also trying to train our diverse mix of students and bring them to a level playing field.
