How do you see the role of technology in higher education, and what steps do you plan to take to integrate technology into the college's curriculum and operations?
Technology is playing an increasingly important role in higher education. Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) can be used to create immersive learning experiences while Artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to automate tasks, such as grading assignments and providing students with feedback. On the other hand, blockchain can be used to create secure and transparent records of student transcripts, grades, and other academic records.
I plan to invest in new technologies that can be used to improve the learning experience for students. I also plan to provide professional development for faculty so that they can learn how to use technology effectively in the classroom. We plan to update the curriculum to include more technology-based courses and create a technology-rich learning environment on campus by providing students with access to computers, laptops, and other technology resources.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for Invertis University specifically?
Some of the biggest challenges I see for higher education and for Invertis University specifically are the rising costs. The cost of higher education has been rising steadily for many years, making it increasingly difficult for students to afford a college degree. Enrollment in higher education has also been declining in recent years, due to a number of factors, including the rising cost of college, the availability of online education, and the changing job market.
Online education is becoming increasingly popular, and it is posing a challenge to traditional brick-and-mortar colleges and universities. The job market is changing rapidly, and students need to be prepared for the jobs of the future.
Invertis University is located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, which is a relatively small city that makes it difficult to attract top students and faculty. Being a new university, we do not have the same reputation as some of the more established universities in India.
I believe that Invertis University is well-positioned to overcome these challenges.
