When it comes to the role of assistant Principal, individuals may be drawn to opportunities to influence academic programs, promote student success, and contribute to the overall growth and success of an educational institution. What do you see as the biggest challenges facing higher education today, and how do you think your institution is addressing those challenges?

Major challenges in higher education today include accessibility, affordability, technology integration, globalization, and mental health. To address these issues, institutions are using financial aid and scholarship programs for affordability, integrating online learning platforms for flexibility, forging international partnerships for a global perspective, updating curricula to meet evolving labor market needs, and improving mental health support services.
