He has 25 years of experience in managing high-performance teams across verticals in India, China, Middle East and Africa. He has worked with globally connected teams with a strong appreciation of cultural nuances across multiple locations. Mr. Babu Vittal-Head HR, Shopclues.com will grace the session as Chief Guest. Mr. Vittal has over 23 years of experience. He has led the HR department at Reliance Communications, and worked as Senior Director, HR, at Flipkart where he managed compensation benefits, performance management, and organization design.
