What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
Qualifications are especially important in the education industry, which is directly connected to the technology industry. Students must have a practical aspect. The main factors that have kept me in this position of leadership include my vision for the institution and the practices that have helped me develop it over time. In this field, we build the careers and future opportunities of our country’s young people. This key element was the main inspiration for me.
Being the Principal of BIIT, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
Initiative is a quality that exists inside ourselves and varies from one individual to another. My work style is to spur students in all viewpoints. I have confidence in spurring all faculties to work for the association to accomplish shared objectives that satisfy the institute’s name. This makes a strong way for students to pick our college for their career.
What challenges you have faced as a part of your institute?
Many of our students are from rural areas, and our college is committed to supporting the region by providing high-quality higher education to local students. These students do not have much contact with the outside world and their language and communication skills are not at the same level as other students in Bhubaneswar and other major cities. However, we must help them overcome these shortcomings and ensure that they are no less skilled in these skills than other students when they complete our courses. I believe that.

How do you maintain a healthy relationship inside the campus?
A positive climate is vital for the outcome of any institute. You want to establish an atmosphere that is mindful, trusting, and helpful for learning. To cultivate this culture, the college upholds its personnel and staff to give top-notch education and research. We advance an atmosphere where nonstop improvement is a first concern. You can consistently arrive on time at work if you regularly attend classes.
What are the steps taken by the college for economically poor background students?
Most of the students are obtained from the surrounding villages and some from the surrounding districts. Our College, in collaboration with the Odisha government, has taken several steps to support economically disadvantaged students. The government has launched several programs such as tuition fee refunds and scholarships.
What do you think should be the Institute's top priority over the next ten years?
We believe that the development of the entire organization should cater to the needs of students and students should be automatically motivated to choose our institute as their academic destination. We want all our students to achieve prestigious positions in the industry and study Abroad.
Any suggestions/messages that you would like to give to the current youth?
There are no shortcuts to hard work. Only effort leads to success. If students want to learn, they need to learn with their concepts and their own choices and study thoroughly. If they know the concepts, no one can stop them and they will rise to the top.
