The TPO department provides internship opportunities to willing students through the consultancy agency engaged with the college for the same. How do you stay updated with job market trends to enhance placement opportunities for students?

Presently, the TPO cell is not directly involved in placement activities as there is a consultancy agency hired for the same. They ensure their continuous involvement by conducting regular meetings and discussions with the agency, staying well-informed about the evolving job market trends. This proactive approach allows the TPO to tailor their services to match the changing needs of both students and employers.

What methods do you use to create strong relationships and partnerships with employers and companies for placement opportunities?

This task is by default carried out by the professional agency engaged for it. However, whenever the need arises, TPO actively gets in touch with employers and companies to maintain healthy relationships and foster ongoing partnerships. This ensures a dynamic and responsive approach to building strong ties with the industry, resulting in better placement opportunities for students.

What are the strengths of your college's placement department?

The TPO department consists of a total of three personnel from the college, working in coordination with an additional three professionals from the consultancy agency. Our goal is to ensure robust and efficient placement services. This combined team effort enhances the strengths of the placement department, providing a well-rounded and dedicated approach to securing opportunities for students.

This is achieved through the consistent organization of seminars and training sessions conducted by professional agencies dedicated to the same purpose over an extended period. What are the prominent companies you attract for placement? 

There are no fixed criteria for choosing the companies. However, we prefer companies with a good track record and better start-up privileges for freshers. Our focus is on creating a diverse and inclusive platform for students, where they can explore opportunities across various industry sectors and not be limited by a specific set of companies.
