You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
I believe in constant learning and staying connected to the unskilled for current trends. The environment of our institute is such that research and teaching have become my passions, which keeps motivating me to upskill and learn new technology, which in turn makes the students upgrade their knowledge.
The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute/university.
In foreign education, they approach and focus more on the practical. In our institute, we focus on two-way models: learning the theory and then applying it in practice. In the laboratory, they perform the practical and solve the real-time problem. It is more important to attract students who have the passion for achieving new heights in their careers and the zeal to react on top of their professional careers.
How does the curriculum of college ensure the best practice of industry?
The curriculum of college is designed to educate the students and make them understand with experimental learning and a practical approach. To enhance the skills of the students, we tried to focus on practical-based learning and help them resolve real-time challenges. The technical events and workshops that are organized frequently motivate students to excel in their knowledge and to undiscover and hone their hidden talents by knocking them against various tasks.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students.
My message to the youth is to think before you act. The simple and effective process of thought will help you avoid making critical mistakes that could cost your freedom, education, and life. Manage the plenty of time you have, as it flies so fast. So put yourself first and shape your life. Make it a practice to learn something new every day, and lastly, learn from your mistakes. Don’t be scared of failure, as after all the nights there is a beautiful morning.
