The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?
Our education system is very good when compared to that in India. The student got opportunities in software engineering or other engineering fields. Also in our institute, we have students from Nepal, Bangladesh, and Bhutan. So now we are trying for other African countries as well. Every student got an opportunity in India and in their own country as well.
What would you like people to know about your university? They may not know?
So our college is the youngest autonomous institution, and we have registered on the Study India portal. So they will recruit foreign students from abroad to our college. We are also registered in PM Triples, which means that for J&K students and Jammu and Kashmir students, we will provide hospitality to them, and we have an exclusive hostel facility for students from other countries. So we are also tied up with the Bihar BRC institution, the Bihar Credit Card System. So this is different from others.
What do you see as Aditya Institute of Technology and Management's greatest strengths?
Our strength is that you have established an incubation center right now, so we are establishing an incubator center. So we are giving placement to 90% of the students. Our students are getting placed at 90 percent; 90% of them are getting placed. Not only that, we are conducting placement and training from the first year onward. That is the unique point. So we have a nodal center for Wipro, and for TCS, we are also tied up with TCS and capture me. So we are also approved by AICTE for PIO admission for people of Indian origin. So we are also a student activity center. We are conducting placement training from the first year onward. In the fourth year, we are conducting group discussions and soft skills training to recruit students to various companies.

What do you think your roles and responsibility to the university and students are?
My role is as an academic director, not an academic. I am the administration's admissions director. I am taking care of admissions in local as well as other states and countries. Also, I am taking care of admissions.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
Nowadays, students are smart enough to select their career path. But the thing is, there is no proper guidance or clear vision on what to do next. Students must have a clear vision of their career, and they need to know where to go and what to do.
How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute/university?
As a director of administration, I need to check the admissions and their progress. By doing so, there will be a good rapport with students from the beginning of their admission. Here is a benefit for students: they can come and share their problems with any of the departments. That nature was created by AITAM.
