BSEB Releases Model Paper for Bihar Matric Exam 2024, Class 10 Exam from February 15

New Delhi: The Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has released the model paper for the Bihar matric or Class 10 exam in 2024. According to the Bihar board Class 10 date sheet 2024, the BSEB matric exam is scheduled to take place from February 15 to 23. Students can access the Bihar board matric model paper PDF on the official website at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.

The Bihar Board has also announced Practical exams and internal assessments by the board are scheduled from January 18 to January 20, 2024. The Bihar Board Class 10 examinations will be graded out of 80 or 100 marks, depending on the subject. Students are instructed to use a black or blue ballpoint pen to darken the circles, explicitly prohibiting the use of whiteners, liquids, blades, nails, etc., on the OMR sheet to avoid invalidating the results.

To access the official Bihar Board Class 10 Model Paper 2023, students can follow the provided steps below. Step 1: Visit the official website of the Bihar Board. Step 2: Navigate to the circulars section. Step 3: Locate the BSEB Class 10 Bihar Board Model Paper 2023. Step 4: A new page will open. Scroll through the page to find the model paper for your subject. Step 5: Click on the subject name. Step 6: Click on the downward arrow to download the PDF. 

What is the Bihar Board Class 10 2024 Exam Pattern?

Candidates are required to input their 10-digit question booklet serial number on the OMR answer sheet. An additional 15 minutes have been designated for students to peruse the questions, with the question paper segmented into sections.

Section A of the Bihar Board Question Paper consists of 100 objective-type questions, and candidates are required to answer any 50 of them. Each question holds a value of 1 mark. In Section B, there are 30 short-answer type questions, and candidates need to answer any 15. Each question in this section carries 2 marks. Additionally, there are 8 long-answer type questions, and candidates must respond to any 4 of them. Each question in this category carries 5 marks. For subjects with an 80-mark theory component, Section A comprises 80 objective-type questions, with candidates obligated to answer 40. If a candidate responds to more than 40 questions, only the first 40 answers will be evaluated. Each question in this section holds a value of 1 mark.
