AP NEET PG 2026 Phase 3 Seat Allotment Result Released; Report by February 18

The AP NEET PG Phase 3 (Mop-Up) Seat Allotment Result 2026 has been officially released by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences for MD, MS and PG Diploma admissions under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ).

The university published the notice on February 15, 2026, confirming that the final allotments are now available online. Candidates who secured seats must complete reporting at their allotted colleges before the deadline. Classes for the academic session have already started.

What is The AP NEET PG 2026 Reporting Deadline?

Candidates allotted seats in Phase 3 must report within the given timeline.

Failure to report within the deadline may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

How to Download the Allotment Letter?

Candidates can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website.
2. Click on the PG Medical Phase III Allotment Result link.
3. Enter login credentials.
4. Download and print the allotment letter.
5. Report to the allotted college before the deadline.

The university has made it clear that candidates holding a CQ seat from Phase I or Phase II and those newly allotted a CQ seat in Phase III must compulsorily report to their allotted colleges within the given deadline.

If any candidate was previously holding an MQ seat in Phase I or Phase II, that seat will be automatically vacated after the CQ Phase III allotment, even if the candidate does not report to the newly allotted CQ seat. These vacated MQ seats will be included in the upcoming MQ Phase III counselling process.

Since classes have already commenced from December 22, 2025, candidates are required to complete all joining formalities immediately after reporting. Colleges will verify the original documents and confirm the admission as per the allotment letter.
