AIT Pune MTech Admission 2026 Begins; Application Closes on July 31

The Army Institute of Technology (AIT), Pune, has commenced the MTech Admission 2026 process for eligible candidates. The institute is offering two-year postgraduate programmes in Data Science and VLSI & Embedded Systems.

Candidates must submit the AIT Pune MTech Admission 2026 application form online between April 1 and July 31, 2026. Admission will be based on a merit list prepared using GATE scores. For non-GATE applicants, the institute will conduct an institute-level test, academic evaluation, and interview, with a minimum qualifying score of 40 out of 100.

AIT Pune offers MTech programmes in Data Science and VLSI and Embedded Systems, with 24 and 18 seats respectively. A total of 42 seats are available across both specialisations, with category-wise distribution for wards of Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel as per institutional norms.

AIT Pune MTech Fee Structure 2026

The first-year fee for AIT Pune MTech programmes is ₹1,12,500 for both Data Science and VLSI and Embedded Systems specialisations for the academic year 2026–27.
