Your graduation percentage does not affect your JEE rank — that depends solely on your entrance exam performance. But if your graduation percentage falls below the threshold above, colleges can reject your admission during document verification even if your rank is strong. Make sure your original marksheets are in order before counselling begins.

There is no negative marking in UP BEd JEE. The scoring is straightforward: 2 marks per correct answer, 0 for any wrong or unattempted answer. Out of a maximum of 400 marks, most candidates who secure seats at sought-after colleges score above 300.

What After Result: UP B.Ed Counselling 2026

Downloading your scorecard is step one. To actually secure a B.Ed seat, you have to register for UP B.Ed counselling 2026 on the official portal. Bundelkhand University conducts counselling in five rounds — a main round, a second round, pool counselling, and two direct admission rounds including for minority seats. If you miss Round 1, you can still participate in later rounds while seats are available.

2. Pay the advance college fee of INR 5,000 online — this amount gets adjusted against your final college fee after you join

5. Accept the allotted seat by clicking the Accept button on the portal within the deadline
6. Download your Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter
7. Report to the allotted college for document verification and enrollment by the specified deadline

If you accept a seat but do not report to the college by the deadline, your allotment gets cancelled and the advance fee may be forfeited. Always note the reporting deadline from your allotment letter and act on time.
