The UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling will tentatively start from July 2025. Bundelkhand University will conduct the UP BEd JEE 2025 counselling process for admissions in 2 year B.Ed programs across various colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

The UP BEd JEE 2025 Results are expected to be announced between June 25, 2025 to June 30, 2025. The UP B.Ed Counselling is majorly based on the merit list. As per the previous year data, the expected UP BEd JEE 2025 Cutoff is: General (342 - 353), EWS (321 - 355), OBC (340 - 345), SC (213 - 218) and ST (211 - 216).

UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling has a total of four rounds including a pool counselling round where candidates who didn’t get a seat in Round 1, didn’t participate in the first round of counselling or declined the seat they were allotted can register for the counselling once again.

Candidates can also visit the participating institutes for direct admission if there are any vacant seats left after the Round 1 and Round 2 of UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling. Minority Institutions (Muslim/Christian) conduct their own admission process for the vacant seats.

UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling Eligibility

To be eligible for the UP B.Ed JEE 2025 counselling, the candidates must qualify the UP B.Ed JEE entrance exam and should have a valid scorecard.

General/OBC candidates must have graduation or post graduation degree in Science, Social Science or Humanities with a minimum of 50% and 55% for B.E./B.Tech degree from a recognized university.

Only the candidates who have a valid domicile certificate proving they belong to Uttar Pradesh are eligible for the reservation benefits. Candidates domicile to any other state are considered as General candidates.

The Uttar Pradesh government has made certain reservation criterias for the candidates of the under privileged categories to ensure equal opportunities for every student. Each category has a different percentage of reserved seats depending upon their position in the society.

To avail the benefits of the reservation criteria, the candidates must have a valid Uttar Pradesh domicile certificate.

UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling Registration

UP B.Ed JEE has seen a drop in the number of candidates registering for the exam in the last few years. There was a decrease of approximately 1.97 lakh registering candidates from 2022 to 2024. But, even with a low registration rate, there was a 90% attendance rate in the UP B.Ed JEE 2024 exam.

In 2025, there will be less than 2 lakh registering candidates but a high attendance rate of around 90% is expected.

How many rounds are there in UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling Seat Allotment?

The UP B.Ed JEE 2025 counselling will begin once the result and cutoffs are released. The UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling process comprises four rounds.

Round 1: Candidates who achieve top ranks in the UP B.Ed JEE 2025 merit list are given the first chance to register and fill their choices.

Round 2: In this round, students with mid range ranks participate. The candidates who did get a seat in Round 1 can also participate in this round.

Round 3: The candidates with a lower rank can participate in this round. This round is for the remaining seta available after the first two rounds.

Pool Counselling/Special Round: This round is conducted to fill any remaining seats and to give the eligible candidates a last chance to get admission. Any candidate who did not get a seat before or did not take part in the earlier rounds can participate in this round. The UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling process will end after this round.

UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Expected Cutoff

General/OBC category candidates scoring in the range of 340 - 350 have a high chance of getting admissions in the top government colleges such as University of Lucknow, Bundelkhand University and Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.

EWS category candidates also need to score between the range of 321 - 355 to secure admission in the top government or private colleges.

SC/ST category candidates have a lower cutoff of 211 - 218 to have a chance to get admission in the top universities.
