The TANCET 2025 for MBA and MCA courses will be conducted on March 22, 2025, whereas the CEETA PG examination for M.E./M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan admissions will be conducted on March 23, 2025.

The Exam pattern of TANCET 2025 will follow a pen-and-paper mode and the duration will be of 2 hours. The exams of MBA and MCA will comprise 100 multiple-choice questions and the exam of M.Tech (CEETA PG) will have 115 questions.

The marking scheme is the same as the previous year, with a +1 mark for every correct answer and a reduction of -1/3 for incorrect answers.

Conducted by Anna University, TANCET is the gateway for more than 200+ colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu, where over 45,000 students are expected to appear for all courses in the year 2025.

  • The MBA exam consists of 5 sections: Business Situations, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Sufficiency, and General English consisting of 100 questions.
  • The MCA exam will consist of 4 sections: Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, and Verbal Ability, each evaluating fundamental analytical abilities.
  • M.Tech (CEETA PG) 2025 is going to contain 3 sections: Engineering Mathematics (20 Q), Basic Engineering & Sciences (35 Q), and Subject-Specific (60 Q).

Students in their final year of graduation are eligible to register and take TANCET but they have to submit the pass certificate of their degree course at the time of the verification round of the admission process.
