According to NMAT Exam Pattern 2024, there are three sections namely, Quantitative Skills, Language Skills, and Logical Reasoning. NMAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and the questions asked are in the MCQ form. The question paper consists of 108 questions to be answered only in 2 hours duration. GMAC which determines NMAT exam pattern, has put a sectional time limit. Students will have a sectional time limit to complete all the questions. For the Language Skills section, students will have 28 minutes, for Logical Reasoning 40 minutes and the time allotted to Quantitative Skills is 52 minutes.Significant changes were introduced in 2020 to NMAT exam pattern which is being followed to date. GMAC reduced the number of questions from 120 to 108. In addition to this, the time allotted to the Language Skills section was increased from 22 minutes to 28 minutes. The time limit of Quantitative Skills were increased from 38 to 40 minutes and the duration of Logical Reasoning was decreased from 60 to 52 minutes.
