The NEET MDS 2026 registration process will begin anytime soon. Last year, the application form was out on 18th February, 2025. If the NBEMS follows the last year's timeline for the registration process, then the deadline for the NEET MDS form 2026 would be around 10th March, 2026.

How to Register for NEET MDS 2026?

The NEET MDS 2026 application form will be out anytime at natboard.edu.in. The registration steps involve creating an account, filling in personal details, uploading documents, and paying the fee.

Stage 1: Visit the official website

To register for the NEET MDS 2026 exam, candidates are advised to visit the official website of NBEMS, natboard.edu.in. As of now, the authority has not released the application form, but it is expected to be out in February 2026.

• Scroll down and click on ‘NEET MDS’.
• ‘Application Link’ search icon will appear, click on it.
• On the top-right side, search for ‘Register’ if you are a new user.
• If you have already registered for NEET MDS 2026, then you have to click on ‘Login’.

Stage 2: Filling Application Form

The filling of the NEET MDS application form for 2026 is done in three steps: Filling personal details, adding educational qualifications, uploading documents, and selecting test centers. Before moving to the next segment, candidates are advised to click on “Save and Next”.

(i) Filling of Personal Details:

The personal details in the NEET MDS 2026 application form will include:

• Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Nationality, Local and Permanent Address, Father’s Name, and Mother’s Name
• Category status: Please keep in mind that the category certificate will only be valid for one financial year (April 1 to March 31).
• Identification Details: Candidates can add any valid identity proof, such as Voter ID/Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/AADHAR Card.

(ii) Filling of Qualification Details:

The qualification details for applying for the NEET MDS 2026 exam include mainly details regarding the BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree:

• Country and year of completion of the BDS degree
• State
• Name of college
• Internship details include start and end dates
• Dental council registration details
• Marks/grade obtained in the BDS course

(iii) Selection of Test Centers & Documents Uploading

Select the test centers listed in the NEET MDS 2026 application form. The final allotment of test cities and centers by NBEMS is subject to availability. A passport-sized photograph along with a signature with specific dimension are to be uploaded during the time of NEET MDS registration. Capturing of live/real-time photo is also mandatory.

Stage 3: Payment of Application Fee

The fee for General/OBC/PwD and reserved categories will vary for the NEET MDS 2026 application form. Non-Editable Data in NEET MDS 2026 Application Form

Before the final submission of the NEET MDS 2026 application form, a few sections can be edited multiple times, such as Name of Candidate, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, etc. However, after submission, the following recorded data can not be edited even during the correction window:

• Name of Candidate
• Test City
• Email address
• Mobile Number
• Nationality

Correction in Photograph, Signature, and Thumb Impression

• After the closure of the correction window, the NBEMS will inform you about any updates (if required) in your photograph, signature, or thumb impression.
• You will be able to correct the deficiency in your photo, sign and thumb impression during the final edit window, which is expected to open approximately 15 days after the closing of the application form and will be open for about 5-6 days.
• If you fail to upload the images according to the guidelines, your application may be rejected.
