Haryana LEET Application fee for unserved candidates is Rs.1000 and Rs. 700 for unreserved candidates. It must be noted that the application fee must be paid online only. Ques: What documents will be verified after the confirmation of Haryana LEET registration?
- Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and Date of Birth, should be as per the qualifying examination certificate and PPP ID.
- Marks which are asked to be filled by you should be as per your qualifying examination certificate.
- You must have uploaded your coloured Photo, Signature & Proof of passing of the qualifying examination and proof of Date of Birth during the filling of online application form.
- Deposition of Application fees is mandatory. Therefore, you are advised to pay the application fees per the above procedure.

LEET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the Haryana LEET eligibility guidelines issued by HSTES before applying online. The basic LEET 2024 eligibility criteria to apply for the LEET 2024 is mentioned below:
- Passed Minimum 3-years / 2-Years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination in any branch of Engg. & Tech. with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).
OR
- Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
OR
- Passed 3 year D.Voc. Streams in the same or allied sector.
OR
- Passed 1st Year B.Voc. Programme after 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (Non-Medical) in the same or allied sector.
- For Kashmiri Migrants (KM) relaxation in cut-off percentage upto 10% subject to minimum eligibility requirement.
LEET 2024 Application Form
Haryana LEET applications for admission in B.E./ B.Tech. (Lateral Entry) Courses will be published online within given dates by the authority. Haryana LEET application form will be available online only. In addition to filling of application form, candidate has to upload his/her photo, signature and Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) of qualifying examination showing aggregate marks for online verification by the team of designated center:
- The candidates are advised to fill in all the particulars like name, father name, date of birth, category, resident of Haryana, income, economically weaker category etc. in the online application form correctly.
- A candidate applying for B.Tech. Lateral Entry courses including Special categories shall upload the scanned copy of the PDF Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) of the 10th (for Date of Birth verification) and DMC of qualifying Examination and other relevant documents of his/her category etc.
- If the particulars of any candidate are found wrong at the time of reporting of admission then his/ her admission may be cancelled and the candidate himself/ herself will be responsible for the canceling of the said admission. If any candidate wants to correct his/ her particulars after submitting of online application form he/ she may contact HSTES by email id onlineadmissionhelp@gmail.com.
- Candidates of KM, TFW & EWS categories are required to select his /her category during filling online application form.
- The candidate (TFW and EWS) of B. Tech. the course shall upload his/her Income certificate for TFW and Income & Asset Certificate for the EWS category issued by competent authority (PDF of Max 100 KB Size for each document) at the time of registration.

The Application Fees for LEET 2024 can be paid using either online modes.
- Online Fees payment can be completed through the integrated payment gateway via Debit/Credit Cards or Net Banking.
- In order to pay the application fee through offline mode, take a print of the e-challan from the website, and pay cash at any nearest branch of Axis Bank or Punjab National Bank.
LEET 2024 Result
No seperate result is released for Haryana LEET 2024. After application filled by candidate will be verified by the designated centre which were asked to fill and after verification by the designated center, inter-se-merit of percentage of qualifying examination will be prepared & displayed on the official website as given dates.No separate result card will be sent to the candidates. It must be noted that Inter-se-merit of those candidates will not be prepared, who have not uploaded their details or particulars, documents of qualifying examination & have not deposited the online application fee. After display of inter-se-merit, candidate have to login with Unique Application No. & Password for choice filling.
LEET 2024 Counselling
The candidates whose merit/rank has been prepared are eligible for online off campus Haryana LEET counselling 2024. The couselling process is applicable for the candidates who want to take admissions through online off campus counseling. The seats in B.E./B.Tech. Courses in all Government/Private Technical Institutional/State Universities shall be filled against 15% Rest of Haryana Quota (excluding Haryana State) upto 2nd Online Counseling. After 2nd Online Counseling all the vacant seats under this Rest of Haryana Category (RoHC) shall be made in General Category to all the candidates including Haryana in subsequent online counseling.
Two online counseling will be conducted for admission to B.Tech (Lateral Entry) course for all the seats of Universities Deptt. , Govt. and 75% seats of Self Financing Institutes as follows:
1st Counseling – Shall be done for all categories namely RoHC, HOGC, SC, SCD, BC-A, BC-B, PH, ESM, (with all priorities) and FF of all categories with 25% HorizontalFemale reservation.
2nd Counseling - Shall be done for all categories namely RoHC, HOGC, SC (by merging SC and SCD in SC) BC(by merging BCA and BCB in BC), PH and merging all ESM (all priorities) and FF with 25% Horizontal Female reservation.
LEET 2024 Exam Centers
Haryana LEET Exam will be organized at 12 centers across the state, in three shifts in each center, for the convenience of applicants. The number of centers or shifts will be increased or decreased depending on the number of applicants. Candidates can specify their choice of test center and shifts while filling LEET application form.
