First, you need to clcik on “CET Engineering” and click on new registration option. Following this, you need to enter your mobile number, and email ID for a fresh registration and creating a new application number. Using it, you must fill up rest of JKCET 2024 application form, like choice of cities, address, educational qualifications, and uploading image and signature, thumb impression.
The official accepts JKCET application fee through credit or debit card. The maximum size of uploading photograph, signature, and thumb-impression should be in between 10- 50 KB, and also must be in JPG format. In order to make JKCET 2024 form correction, if any, you must visit BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar during working hours before issuance of provisional merit list.

How to Fill JKCET 2024 Application Form?
JKCET 2024 application process began on May 05, 2024. Candidates can fill the application form through online mode only. Candidates should fill the application form carefully as the same details will be mentioned on the admit card. Also, JKBOPEE will not allow any correction in the application form.
Step 1: Registration
- Candidates can fill the online application form from the official website of JKBOPEE i.e. jakbopee.org / jakbopee.net
- Click on ‘CET Engineering 2024’
- Click on the tab of ‘e-Application’ from the various tabs displayed.
- Read all the displayed instruction
- Fill the registration form to get Application Number.
- After filling all the credentials click on ‘submit’
- After the successful submission of registration form candidates will get an application number.
Step 2: Fee payment
- Candidates can make payment through the official website
- Login to the candidates’ portal with the help of application number
- To make a payment click on the link ‘Pay 1000’

- Offline (via any branch of HDFC or J&K bank)
- E Challan: Candidates can submit e challan in any branch of HDFC Bank. Candidates must secure transaction ID.
- Choose the payment option among Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking
- Enter the details of Card or Bank
- Verify the details and Pay
- Candidates should note the transaction id/Reference ID given by Bank for future purposes.

Step 4: Uploading of Images & Documents
Candidates have to upload a recent passport size scanned photograph with a light background. The date and name of the candidate should be written on the photograph. Given below are the documents need to be uploaded with their dimensions:

Documents to be Uploaded
Candidates have to upload the following scanned original/ self-attested certificates in PDF format. The size of all the documents should be between 100-50 KB.
- Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh.
- In respect of Candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate.
- Qualifying marks certificate i.e. Class 12 certificate.
- Date of Birth Certificate i.e. Class 10 Certificate issued by the board.
- Reserved category certificate, if any.
- TFW certificate on the prescribed proforma.
JKCET 2024 Form Correction
In order to make JKCET 2024 form correction, if any, you must visit BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar during working hours before issuance of provisional merit list. During this time period candidates can edit a few details like:

What to do if I Forget Login Credentials?
Candidates who forget their application number or password login can reset them by visiting the official website of JKCET. Given below are the steps to follow to reset the password:
- Visit the official website
- Go to candidate login page
- Click on ‘Forget Password’
- Password regeneration page will appear
- Reset password by using the OTP method or answering Security questions
- Enter the details and click on ‘submit’
- Reset your password
- Login with the new password.
JKCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for JKCET 2024 exam, candidates need to fulfill the eligibility requirement. The details of the eligibility criteria are discussed below:
- Age Limit: There is no maximum or upper age limit.
- Nationality: Applicants must be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir state.
- Academic Qualification: Candidates should have passed their higher secondary examination or its equivalent from a recognized board. Aspirants who will appear for the 2024 qualifying examination can also participate. Candidates should have qualified and study English. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
- Minimum Marks Required: Aspirants belonging to the general category including should have possessed at least 45% of marks in the qualifying exam. For SC/ST candidates and for candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes candidates, the minimum marks required is 40% of marks.
