ISC Class 12 Business Studies Project Work 2024

Along with the theoretical topics, ISC Class 12 Business Studies Syllabus also includes project work. Candidates must complete two projects from any topic covered in the theoretical syllabus. The teacher and a visiting examiner who has been appointed locally and approved by the council will evaluate the project work. The Council will establish no project-related question paper.

Each project carries 10 marks distributed as follows:

Suggested Topics for Project Work

The following are the topics suggested for ISC Class 12 Business Studies project work. Students can choose any two topics out of the following:

• Examine the hiring procedures of any two businesses that you select. If there are any flaws in the procedure, list them and offer solutions for fixing them. (You might also compare and contrast the hiring procedure).
• Examine the hiring procedures of any two corporate companies and talk about the advantages and disadvantages of each.
• Examine the compensation policies of any two company firms (one multinational and one Indian) in terms of their bonus and reward plans, retirement benefits, and increment and incentive plans.
• Research the many kinds of leaves that are offered to staff members. One could view leaves as a financial expense to the company. What other advantages, both material and immaterial, does the company stand to receive from bearing this expense? Are the advantages worth the expenses?
• Think about any two prosperous company executives. Give a succinct description of their management approaches. Describe how their leadership philosophies have helped their various organizations achieve their aims.
• Examine the newest developments in HRM and talk about how India is implementing them (Comparative study of five organizations).
• Conduct a comparison analysis of any two e-businesses with respect to their nature, size, supplied goods and services, operational procedures, and policies.
• Choose two businesses, and research their funding sources in terms of the sum obtained and the benefits and drawbacks of each funding source.
• Give an explanation of the outsourced functions performed by any chosen BPO or KPO. Talk about the effects of outsourcing generally and the outsourcing company's profitability in particular.
• Research any particular regulator as well as the people who work for it. Describe their roles and how they benefit the average person.
