HPCET 2027 is expected in May 2027. You have approximately 8 months from now to build a strong foundation across all three subjects. Prioritise NCERT first, then move to reference books for advanced problem practice.
Physics Preparation
- Complete all NCERT Class 11 and 12 Physics chapters — every solved example and exercise problem.
- Prioritise Mechanics, Electrostatics, and Current Electricity — they contribute approximately 58% of Physics marks.
- Practise derivations daily — HPCET frequently tests understanding of laws and formulae in MCQ format.
- Solve at least 20 numericals per unit from H.C. Verma before moving to the next unit.
- Keep a formula sheet and revise it every weekend to retain formulae for all 19 units.
