AIAPGET (All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test) 2026 is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MD, MS and PG Diploma courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy across participating Ayush institutions in India. What is AIAPGET Application Form 2026?

The AIAPGET 2026 application form is the single online gateway for students seeking admission to postgraduate Ayush courses across India. It is hosted by NTA on its dedicated portal aiapget.nta.nic.in, and covers MD, MS and PG Diploma programmes in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy. Filling this single form gives you access to all participating government, government-aided, private and deemed institutions, including AIIA, NIA, IPGT&RA Jamnagar, NIH Kolkata and the regional Ayush colleges under the AYUSH Counselling Committee (AACCC).

You can register, fill the form, upload documents and pay the fee only through online mode. NTA does not accept offline applications or demand drafts. Once the application window closes, no fresh registrations are accepted under any circumstances — track the notification carefully so you do not miss the deadline. The form correction window opens for a short three-day period after the last date, and lets you edit a limited set of fields.

Registrations have climbed roughly 38% in five years — from about 31,700 in 2021 to 43,775 in 2025 — driven mainly by Ayurveda aspirants, who account for nearly 70% of applicants. Attendance has stayed above 92% each year, indicating that the vast majority of students who pay the fee actually appear. For AIAPGET 2026, expect registrations in the 45,000–48,000 band if the upward trend continues.

AIAPGET Application Form 2026: Important Dates

The table below lists the expected AIAPGET 2026 application schedule. Upcoming events are listed first in chronological order; past events follow after them. All dates are tentative until NTA releases the official notification.

You can apply for AIAPGET 2026 only during the official application window — the portal is locked the moment the deadline closes. Mark the correction window dates in your calendar; it is the only chance to fix errors after submitting your form.

AIAPGET 2026 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Check the eligibility rules before paying the application fee — NTA does not refund the fee if your application is later rejected for not meeting the criteria. The headline eligibility conditions for AIAPGET 2026 are summarised below.

You must apply through the stream that matches your UG qualifying degree — a BAMS holder can apply only for Ayurveda PG seats, a BHMS holder only for Homoeopathy, and so on. Cross-stream applications are rejected at scrutiny.

Note: Internship completion is verified during counselling by AACCC. If your internship completion date falls after the prescribed cut-off, you may qualify for the exam but lose your seat at the document verification stage.

How to Fill AIAPGET Application Form 2026

The AIAPGET 2026 application is a two-phase process — first you register and generate login credentials, then you fill in the detailed form, upload documents and pay the fee. Follow each step in order without skipping.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit the official website at aiapget.nta.nic.in and click on the "New Registration" link on the homepage.
2. Read the instructions carefully, tick the declaration box and click Proceed.
3. Enter your name, date of birth, mother’s name, father’s name, mobile number and email ID exactly as printed on your Class 10 certificate.
4. Verify your mobile number and email via the OTPs sent by NTA.
5. Create a strong password, set a security question and submit. Note down your Application Number — it is needed for every future login, admit card download and result check.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in with your Application Number and password.
2. Fill in personal details: gender, category, sub-category (PwBD/EWS), nationality, identification type and ID number.
3. Fill in address details: permanent and correspondence address with PIN code and state.
4. Enter academic details: UG degree (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS), university, year of passing, internship completion date and council registration number.
5. Select the stream (Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha or Homoeopathy) and your exam city preferences in order.
6. Upload your photograph, signature, Class 10 certificate, UG degree/marksheet, internship completion certificate and category certificate (if applicable) in the prescribed format and size.
7. Preview the entire form — recheck name, DOB, category, stream and uploads before proceeding.
8. Pay the application fee via debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
9. Download and save the confirmation page; take at least two printouts for your records.

Note: Submit only one application form. Multiple applications from the same student are summarily rejected, and the application fee is not refunded.

Save your login credentials securely — you will need them for admit card, answer key challenge, result, scorecard and counselling. Do not share your Application Number or password with coaching centres or third parties.

Documents Required for AIAPGET Application Form 2026

Keep all documents scanned and ready before you start the form — the portal times out after a period of inactivity and you may lose progress.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a white background and 80% face visible. Do not upload edited, filtered or studio-retouched images — NTA rejects manipulated photographs during scrutiny and may bar you from the exam.

AIAPGET Application Fee 2026

The AIAPGET 2026 application fee is expected to follow the AIAPGET 2025 structure. Confirm the final fee on the official information bulletin once NTA releases it.

Payment is accepted only in online mode via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and UPI. NTA does not accept demand drafts, cheques or cash. GST and bank transaction charges, if any, are paid by the student.

The application fee is non-refundable — even if your form is rejected, the exam is postponed, or you do not appear on the exam day. Pay only after you have reviewed your entire form and uploaded clean, readable documents.

Note: If your payment fails or money is deducted without a confirmation page, do not retry immediately. Wait 48–72 hours — failed transactions are auto-refunded by the payment gateway, and a fresh attempt may result in a duplicate charge.

Note: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — including form rejection, voluntary withdrawal, or non-appearance on exam day.

AIAPGET Application Form Correction 2026

NTA opens an AIAPGET 2026 application correction window for three days, tentatively in the third week of June 2026, after the application window closes. This is your only chance to edit a limited set of fields — no requests are entertained once the window shuts.

To make corrections, log in at aiapget.nta.nic.in with your Application Number and password, click "Application Form Correction", edit the permitted fields, re-upload any replaced document, pay the difference in fee (if any — for example, on category change) and submit. Download the revised confirmation page and keep a printout.

Check all details on your confirmation page before submitting — once the correction window closes, no changes are accepted under any circumstances, including through grievance email or helpline.

Note: Once the AIAPGET 2026 correction window closes, NTA does not entertain any change request — including obvious clerical errors. Verify every field, especially category, stream and photograph, before the deadline.
