How to Fill AIAPGET Application Form 2026

The AIAPGET 2026 registration is completely online at exams.nta.nic.in/aiapget. The process has two phases: creating your login (Phase 1: Registration) and completing the form with academic details, document uploads, and fee payment (Phase 2: Form Filling).

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit exams.nta.nic.in/aiapget and click "New Registration".
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your AYUSH degree certificate.
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS. Use a number that is active and belongs to you — all NTA communications, including admit card alerts, are sent to this number.
4. Set a strong password and note your Application Number carefully — you need it for all future logins, admit card download, and result checking.
5. Save your login credentials (Application Number + Password) securely before proceeding to Phase 2.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in at exams.nta.nic.in/aiapget using your Application Number and Password.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, and state of domicile.
3. Fill in academic details: AYUSH degree (BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BSMS / BNYS), university name, year of passing, roll number, and percentage of marks.
4. Enter your internship completion details — institution name, duration, and completion date.
5. Enter your AYUSH Council Registration Number from CCIM, CCH, or the relevant State AYUSH Council. This is mandatory and will be verified by NTA.
6. Select your exam centre preferences — up to 4 cities in order of preference.
7. Upload your photograph and signature in the specified format and size. NTA may also require a live photograph captured via webcam during form filling — follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
8. Upload your category certificate (SC / ST / OBC-NCL / EWS / PwD / Transgender) if applicable.
9. Review all details carefully before proceeding — cross-check your name, date of birth, category, degree details, and council registration number.
10. Pay the application fee via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
11. Download and save the confirmation page immediately after payment — take a printout and keep it safe for counselling document verification.

Note: Submit only one application form. NTA will cancel all applications if multiple submissions are detected from the same student, and the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Note: The AYUSH Council Registration Certificate (CCIM / CCH / State Council) is a mandatory document unique to AIAPGET. If your council registration is pending or expired, obtain or renew it before July 30, 2026 — applications without a verifiable council registration number are liable to rejection at the counselling stage even if you qualify the exam.

2. Click on "Application Form Correction" or "Edit Application".
3. Make the required changes in the editable fields.

5. Pay any additional fee if applicable (for example, a category change to a higher-fee bracket).
6. Submit the corrected form and immediately download the revised confirmation page — this replaces your original confirmation.
