But in my opinion, Electrical from IIT Bhubaneswar is a better choice than IIT Guwahati Civil, IIT Patna Electrical and Electronics and IIT Kanpur Material Science. If you want to avail of hostel accommodation, you will have to pay an extra amount. The placement record of this department is also good. The median salary in 2023 was around INR 22.07 Lakhs .
