He faculty not only focuses on academic building but also cultural and moral building of the students. As the students come from different part of the country to study in the college, so campus caters an excellent opportunity to understand and exchange culture. Overall the teachers are really good.

Our college has divided the faculty into different areas of dentistry and medical sciences. We have separate departments for different subjects which have teachers who have excelled and have a qualification and experience in that area. This helps the students a lot since a lot of knowledge and a good faculty is needed for the students to understand and perform well in the dental subjects.

Staff is awesome and also very knowledgeable, some are friendly, some are scary at times but that is needed to some extent. They, help you when it comes to completing your quota. They all help you out during exams which is like really I as most of the students are too tensed up during the final exams. They even teach a lot practically. I learned a lot, especially during the internship. For example, during our Oral Surgery posting, we were allowed in the Operation theatre and drill the bone for the placement of screws in a mandibular fracture case, the staff gave the demo for alveoloplasty and also gave cases later and many more techniques of extraction. majority of the staff like almost more than 3/4th of the staff are highly qualified, all are either MDS or some may even have done a Ph.D. and many were even gold medallists and the BDS staff have a lot of clinical experience so we learned a lot from them too.
