PhD courses have research fellowships, the amount and duration of which depends on the institute and the current government policy. The fellowship is generally paid per month and is determined either by the course, or by the seniority of the researcher.
The PhD program comes with a stipend, there is no fee to be paid, apart from the residential fee, of course. The stipend varies with departments, I am in the Division of ToT (Transfer of Technology).
As to the education and facilities provided by the institute, the fees structure was quite nominal and feasible. The total fees of the course was around 38000 rupees. I paid the fees in two installment. The fees was very much feasible and reasonable for all the students.
The fees structure was not at all expensive. It was a very good fees. My total fees was around 45000 rupees which was very less as compared to other colleges and universities. I found the fees very much feasible and affordable.

The fee is about Rs.40,000 which I think is feasible. Given the reputation and quality of education, it is a reasonable amount to pay. Since the students receive a stipend, it would be quite easy to manage through it.
The annual fee is approximately 40000 INR per year and just to inform, an individual doing P.hD also gets paid monthly by the college, hence, I personally feel that this is a very affordable college.
The fee structure of Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology is within limits and easy to afford.A student completing 2 years PhD program from the institute must invest Rs 40,000 approximately for this course which is economical
The fee structure of the college is very feasible. All the students can afford it since it comes with a stipend. I pay about Rs. 40,000. The amount is justifiable since the college doesn't compromise in the well-being of the students. The infrastructure is great and we have standard facilities as well.
