Our college is started in 2023 So there was no placement My seniors were doing internship in DRDO Google as well as multinational companies My plan is to crack gate exam in 3rd yr and UPSC ESE exam in final year

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

I am an Electrical Engineering student. I chose this course because the demand for skilled Electrical Engineers is high leads to job security and also we can keep our options open for other fields by choosing this branch.

I chose this course because of lots of scope of this course. College is also very good in the University. Teachers are good. Exams are hard to pass. Teachers help students.

The curriculum is decent enough and provides a load of options to the students to chose from. The electives include courses like English, finance, communication skills, vedic mathematics, constitutional hierarchy etc. The reason behind my selection of this particular branch is because of my personal interest in electronics. Growing up and having an easy access to a computer also led me to develop interest in various tech related fields especially the android development environment. The curriculum is indeed very aligned to the interests of the students. What it lacks is proper execution as a few faculty members tend to ignore what is mentioned in the curriculum and teach something vastly different just because it tends to save time. The ECE Batch is divided into two classes, namely A and B with a strength of 65 students each. This division allows for one on one interaction between the faculty and the students. A similar distribution is followed in the Computer Science Batch. The Electrical branch however contains only one class of around 80 students. The mid term examination, as the name suggests, occurs in the middle of the semester. This is followed by continuous assignments and a couple of surprise tests whose frequency and number depends upon the respective course mentor. The end semester examination occurs at the end of the semester. This sufficient gap and an additional preparatory leave allows students to prepare well for the final examination of the semester.

The curriculum is amazing . You didn't have to study chemistry and engineering graphics for first year. The C language will introduce in first sem for all branches. Curriculum is specifically designed to meet the future needs. The VAC AND GE subjects are nice but they should'nt have kept the exams for these subjects. You can also do minor in other enginnering branches in second year. The exams timings are worst. They understand the students as robots, hope they will fix this issue.

As the need of semiconductors is there in Indian industry , there is future scope in this field . Also , one can opt for tech or non tech from this branch anytime he wants . So this gives an edge . Curriculum is well designed and better than other colleges as I've seen . No. Of workshops conducted in the college is more and well conducted by the profs. The timing of exams are also good and transparent .

There are seven subjects in ECE course that are Introduction to electrical and electronics technology(IEEE), fundamentals of computer programming(F CP), mathematics1(M1), electronics workshop(ECW), value added courses, General electives, additional elective courses offered by theUniversity

7th semester students are eligible for campus placements.My after plans are that going to pursue MBA from any recognized institution. So we can expect a idea about placement %age & placement package as DU is a central govt university and very strong alumni network

As this college is for BTech, so it focuses more on coding culture, industrial visits and prepares students for placements and real world applications. One of the good part is that different optional subjects are there to choose which also includes sports as one optional subject. exams happen twice in a semester - mid sem and endsems. and they are based on the class learnings and assignments given in class. but sometimes some difficult questions are also asked in the exams
