For HR field, there were very less placement opportunities. Mostly it was for Finance role. The jobs offered were not upto the mark, and most of them were night shifts or there were some cons to the job role.

Talking about my course that is bachelor's in management studies for me it's a very easy course and it doesn't need much practice as everything is mostly theory and we are provided with the question banks. There's no learning perspective over here you can only learn about management studies practically because theory is almost of no use

In the end of your third year, HR from various fields visit in the college campus, and all the students are given an opportunity to give an interview in front of them. Each and every student gets an opportunity so that they can apply for a job or an internship. Each and every student gets an internship, whereas the Further, the students that the companies like the most are taken for the job. As per according to me, I think that the college should give us guaranteed placement for a job so that nobody is unemployed

I chose this course as I wanted to pursue a career in business management and thought this would be the best step for me. For every 40 students, there is one faculty who guides and inspires students. Qualification of most of the faculty is B.ed and B.com and 3 are Ph.D. Term exams were held twice a year and were decently hard enough but not easy either. It was easy to pass but it was very difficult to score full.

Students get placements only after completing graduation. College provides placements but not all students get it. The percentage of getting placements from college is quite low according to the number of students. The packages are also not much because it's only a graduation degree, so doing a master's degree or post-graduation degree is highly recommended for better packages.

The companies start coming after the 5th semester and students become eligible after the 5th semester to apply for a job in the coming placements. 6-7 companies have been visited in college till now, the process hasn’t been completed yet it's still going many other companies may visit soon. The companies which have appeared are HDFC Bank ltd, Sutherland, Godrej and Boyce, IndusInd Bank and more. The highest package ever offered us is 2.25 lakhs per annum and the average package which has been offered to us is around 1.80 lakhs - 2 lakhs per annum. The most half population of students have their own businesses or they are willing to do further studies. The remaining 50% only apply for a job and appears for an interview in which 40% student gets the job. I will definitely do a job in MNC to gain some corporate exposure but after some time I will go for business.

This is reputed college in thane city.It was also awarded best college in thane city in 2011-2012.Various career option are available in this college to choose from.Excellent faculty which understands students to core and get them doing what they are best at.Along with this the college also provides with extra curricular options to enhance various soft skills and life skills and encourages the students to do what they like.

Only one thing I can say about N. G. Bedekar college that it has superb Campus, Professors, Academics, Library, Canteen and Placements too and all these things I want this college to maintain for other students also in future. The quality of education and professors are really good.

The college is good but again there are many issues that must be solved by the college such as Toilets for ladies in Law college.
