- School of Engineering and Technology, NCU Gurgaon Ph.D Electronics & Communication Admission 2025 is now open. Interested candidates can apply directly on the portal @ncuindia.edu/phd/ by June 18, 2025. Further, the Entrance Test (NPET) and the Interview will be conducted on June 21, 2025, and the results will be declared on June 24, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to Ph.D. Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
- M Tech (Engineering) degree with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate or equivalent (with NCU, NPET).
- Science/Humanities, M.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)/MA (English, Mathematics) degree with minimum 60% in aggregate or Equivalent, with NET/GATE/JRF/SLET, qualified for financial assistance by the government (NCU, NPET exempted) or 67.5% with (NCU, NPET).
- B. Tech. degree from a Premier university or institution (IIT/NIT) and the institution within 100 NIRF rankings for the year of consideration with CGPA 8.5 or equivalent (with NCU, NPET) and GATE/UGC/CSIR score for government financial assistant (NCU, NPET exempted).
Entrance Exam:
