- Campus - serene and lush green 60 acre campus which lies in the heart of the Pune city.
Placement Experience:
Summer internship starts in September itself and students can convert it into PPO, this is an unique opportunity and summer placements start in the start of the second year itself. Average package for 22-24 batch is 14.32 and highest is 27 lpa.

- The highlight at NIBM is the curriculum. It's a niche course, not many colleges offer such course in our country. NIBM is really a leader in banking and finance domain.
- The placement here is 100% since inception. Also the roles and companies in which students get placed are highly reputable. Few of our regular recruiters are Barclays, Tata Capitals, PwC, KPMG, IDBI Bank, Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of America etc.
- The campus is really beautiful. It's a 60 acre green campus, home to many flaura & fauna. The facilities are wonderful. You have all sorts of amenities here at your disposal.
Dislikes
- I would appreciate if NIBM could diversify on thier placements by including a wider range of companies to cater to diverse student interest.
- The course is heavily inclined to Banking and Finance, so if someone is interested in Banking and Finance then only he should think about NIBM. Otherwise he can have a difficult time here.
Placement Experience:
Placements are great. Into the top banking and Finance firms. With attractive packages
Average ctc is 15.5 lpa.
Regular recruiters are Barclays, Tata Capitals, Bank of America, BNY Mellon, Natwest, STCI, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, etc
Around 25 students got ppo this season
And we become eligible once we are in the 4th semester.

The college guarantees 100% placement even in pandemic the college, the placement week starts around in October-November and ends in 4-5 days the average package for 2021 batch was 10.03 LPA and the highest went around 22 LPA.

Placement is the main reason everybody pursues MBA, same is the reason with me. Placements of our are very good. The average package of my seniors was 10.7 LPA. All the students get equal opportunity to get placed rest is up to the student to find a good job role and a good pkg from a company. Companies from all over India come to recruit students like Deloitte, EY, Hdfc bank, axis bank etc.

From the beginning I have decided to pursue my MBA in Finance stream and since NIBM is an autonomous institute established by RBI. The admission process in National Institute of Bank Management is that first you have to take a written exam, The application form is available from the month of November till January end. Once shortlisted, you have to attend Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI)

NIBM is a very reputed college in Pune and I had good knowledge in Banking and finance sector
Competition is always too much to grab a seat but if you are competent you'll get it so that's what I did and my passion took me here The best thing about the college is industry exposure as well as the experienced faculty.

The college overall is the best college if you want to pursue a career in banking and financial services. The course curriculum, the faculties, the campus, the student life, etc all is very good.

The placements were good , the college is also good in its field and niche area. Also the reviews are good. The placements are true as per the numbers they display. The knowledge of faculty is also the best one could ask for.
