Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education section or SMUDE came into existence in 2001 and since then providing professional UG and PG courses in management and IT streams. Distance MBA or MBA Distance Education is an attractive course option for individuals who are unable to pursue a full-time MBA course.

Courses including MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, B.Sc. and M.Sc. are offered by the University which are UGC approved. The University offers access to EduNxt for conducting classes. It provides study materials, regular assessments and online examinations at regular interval.

SMUDE University UG Admission 2023

SMUDE offers 3 years undergraduate degree programs in various soecialisations. The course is divided into 6 semesters and is approved by UGC. The course is conducted via distance learning mode. On successful course completion, the certificates and mark sheets are delivered to the given postal address within 3 months of result declaration.

SMUDE University PG Admission 2023

SMUDE offers 2 years post graduate degree program in various disciplines and is specialisation, in distance mode. It offers MBA, MCA and M.Sc (IT) program under the PG program domain. All the programs are approved by UGC.

Upon completion of the course, the certifictaes and marksheet will be sent to the resgistered address of the candidates.

Graduate in any discipline is necessary as it covers the minimum eligibility bracket of the all the PG programs. For MBA program , SMAT qualified score is a must to get admission for SMUDE MBA program.

Selection for all the programs will be done on the basis of merit of the qualifying examination marks

SMUDE have various scholarships for different categories of students including:

Special tuition fee waiver scholarship for candidates from Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura and Mizoram. This scheme was announced during 14th Annual Convocation

Benefit: 30% fee waiver

Requirement: Valid address proof stating that the candidate is a native of North East region

Divyang or Differently Abled candidates Scholarship Scheme was announced in 2016

Benefit: 30% fee waiver which can be availed by family members/dependants of the candidate as well

Requirement: Valid certificate from an authorised doctor

Scholarship for Defence Personnel, including Armed Forces, CRPF, CISF, BSF and Indian Coast Guard)

Benefit: 30% fee waiver for all courses for in-service, retired and outgoing officers

Admission:

The Admission Process of Sikkim Manipal for Distance Education was so simple and easy. I completed my Graduation in the year 2012. Right after receiving my marksheet I started searching for Universities provinding Distance Learning and i found Sikkim Manipal Centre near to my Location. I just received an application form from there centre Desk that was MP Nagar Zone 2 Bhopal. Filled it along the required documents I submitted the form. In next few days i got My cource-Book material, also without any delay and discomfort & i started learning and attending their online as well as recorded session. And thats how i completed my Two year of learning very smoothly and hassle free.

Admission to Sikkim Manipal University's distance learning program is straightforward. You must apply yourself under the program when visiting the University's website. You will then look for the merit list, if your name appears on the list, it will be officially uploaded to the university's website, and then all the documents required to verify your admission along with your application and admission to the college campus. Fees.
